Go to Antharas's Lair. Obtain strange blue liquid from the Dragon Guards, Dragon Mages, Dragon Knights, Dragon Knight Warriors, and Elite Dragon Knights. Obtain stange red liquid from the Drake Leader, Drake Warrior, Drake Scout, and Drake Mage.
